This refund policy explains payment, cancellation and refund rules for Juno Infotech services and projects.
1. General Policy
Juno Infotech provides customized website development, software development, ERP solutions, digital services and internship training. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, work status and agreement with the client.
2. Project Advance Payment
Advance payment made for website, software, ERP or any custom development project is generally non-refundable once planning, design, development or setup work has started.
3. Service Cancellation
If a client wants to cancel a project before work starts, refund may be considered after deducting payment gateway charges, consultation charges or any already incurred cost.
4. No Refund Cases
Refund will not be applicable if the service has already been delivered, development work has started, domain/hosting/third-party service has been purchased, or delay is caused due to missing client content, approval or required documents.
5. Internship Fee
Internship or training fee is non-refundable once registration, batch allocation, class access, learning material or training process has started.
6. Third-Party Charges
Domain, hosting, SSL, SMS, payment gateway, API, email or any third-party service charges are non-refundable because they are governed by third-party service providers.
7. Refund Processing
If any refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or mutually agreed method within a reasonable processing time.
